- Condition of Items: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of use, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from our store cannot be returned or refunded.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Perishable Goods: Items that are perishable or have a short shelf life cannot be returned.
3. Process for Returns and Exchanges

- Step 3: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Refunds
- Full Refund: If the item is returned in its original condition and within the specified time frame, you will receive a full refund excluding any shipping costs incurred.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when the item shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or is missing parts.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, first check your bank account again. 5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at info@oneshoplahore.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

8. Gifts
- Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Gift Giver Refund: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
